We prioritize clear and consistent communication, using Project Sight to share real-time updates (including photos) with our teams and customers. Daily huddles and weekly check-ins ensure alignment, keeping every team member informed about expectations, progress, and safety protocols.
We invest in comprehensive training programs that empower employees to proactively identify and mitigate risks, preventing accidents before they happen. In addition to adhering to OSHA regulations, we go further by maintaining a dedicated safety management department that enhances safety across all of our fabrication plants and job sites.
