We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee our industrial and commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout. This role requires a confident leader who can manage multiple projects, foster strong relationships with clients and contractors, and ensure safe, timely, and profitable execution.

What You’ll Do:
· Serve as the key point of contact for assigned electrical projects, ensuring each is completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
· Collaborate closely with estimators to take full ownership of projects following handoff meetings.
· Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients, general contractors, superintendents, foremen, and other stakeholders.
· Review and interpret job documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and execution plans.
· Prepare and manage proposals, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation.
· Oversee day-to-day field coordination with superintendents and foremen to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
· Monitor project profitability, adjust schedules as needed, and resolve roadblocks quickly.
· Participate in project meetings and represent RSR professionally with clients, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
· Facilitate discussions to maintain project scope and address any impacts to safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
· Ensure proper permitting, enforce on-site safety standards, and maintain accurate documentation.
· Use Vista and Accubid software proficiently for tracking, analysis, and documentation.
· Lead project closeout, facilitate debrief meetings, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Team:
· 10+ years of experience in industrial and commercial electrical work.
· Licensed Master Electrician with at least 5 years in project management.
· Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant industry standards.
· Ability to lay out, size, and design electrical systems and controls.
· Proficient in estimating and familiar with estimating software (preferred).
· Solid understanding of contract documents, construction drawings, specifications, change orders, and permitting.
· Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Familiarity with AutoCAD, data cabling, and IT systems (preferred).
