What You’ll Do:

· Assists the Controller in implementing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

· Supports the controller in overseeing the daily operations of the finance team including:

• Month and end-year financial records closing process
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process and Procedures Implementation and Oversight
• Finance department process and procedures implementation and oversight
• Weekly check printing, credit card and ACH payment processing
• Job cost analysis and Work In-Process preparation
• Accounts receivable collections and documentation
• Accounts receivable invoice review
• Vendor and customer compliance
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Additional as directed

· Reviews and monitors accounting data to ensure accuracy and completeness; prepares or assists in preparing financial reports and statements.

· Provides guidance and direction to accounting staff to support accuracy, timeliness, and professional growth.

· Supports audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

· Assists with regulatory and compliance reporting as needed.

· Conducts self at all times in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner as a representative of the Company.

 

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

· Three – five years of accounting experience, including prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

· Vista by Viewpoint software experience – Preferred.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and guide a team to accuracy and efficiency.

· Proficiency with basic computer systems and finance-related software.

Welder Fabricator – Structural Steel

In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing manpower, managing jobsite operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including labor and equipment needs.

· Work closely with the Project Manager to review scope, budget, timelines, and owner expectations.

· Ensure crews and subcontractors clearly understand project requirements and contract scope.

The HVAC & Plumbing Technician will support the Mechanical division of RSR by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems on commercial and industrial projects. This position ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to project schedules and customer requirements.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

2. Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, drains, water heaters, and related components.

3. Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals to determine proper installation or repair procedures.

4. Diagnoses HVAC and plumbing system malfunctions and determines appropriate solutions.

5. Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation and longevity.

6. Tests and calibrates HVAC and plumbing equipment to ensure proper performance and energy efficiency.

7. Assists in troubleshooting complex HVAC and plumbing issues and provides technical guidance to less experienced technicians.

8. Ensures compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.

9. Documents all work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and parts used.

10. Coordinates with project managers, foremen, and other team members to ensure work is completed according to project specifications.

11. Maintains a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.

12. Verifies materials and parts needed for projects.

13. Communicates effectively with customers, subcontractors, and team members regarding work performed.
